The Campus-Center reopens for students starting April 11! Office hours are still limited because of the current situation and you have to book an appointment. Please find our services and a link for booking an appointment below. Prospective students and applicants can get advice on the phone, online, or in group sessions.
Please still preferably use the forum, contact form, or phone for your concerns and hand in your documents digitally.
Attestation
Do you need one of the following attestations?
- Proof of course of studies
- Proof of German Railway (Deutsche Bahn) permit
- Stamped semester certificate
- Stamped attestation of semester times

Semester documents
- Collecting returned semester documents
- Collecting semester documents for international freshmen with address abroad

Change of status, suspension of studies, correction of semester documents
- Change of status: I want to apply for leave of absence or part-time studies and need further information
- Suspension of studies: I want to suspend my studies and need guidance on what to consider
- Correction of semester documents: the semester count or degree program on my semester documents is not correct

Academic advising for students
Students can discuss all their thoughts and questions concerning their studies with experts of the Center for Academic Advising. Possible subjects are for instance:
- I want to enjoy studying more.
- I want to get in touch more with my fellow students.
- I’m considering whether something else would be better for me.
- I’m stuck and don’t know why.
- I want to be more satisfied with my achievements.
- I don’t feel comfortable with my studies (yet).
- I struggle with learning and working autonomously.

The councelling takes place in the 3rd floor.

Psychological counseling
We offer individual counseling as well as group sessions. For more information, visit our website. Sing up for a session via our booking portal.
On Mondays from 11 am to 12 pm, we also offer short face-to-face counseling sessions (up to 15 minutes), by appointment only. You can book an appointment from 1 week in advance.

Office for students with disabilities and chronic health issues
