AStA (student council)
Students looking for legal advice, tips, and help during their studies can take advantage of the academic, legal, and personal counseling services offered by AStA several times per week. We primarily address topics such as exams, changing your degree program, taking leave, part-time study, housing benefits, unemployment benefits, and health insurance. If someone at AStA cannot help you directly, we can often refer you to an external lawyer or counseling service. See the link above for more information and our current hours.
Our counseling on the federal student loan scheme (BAföG) includes information on eligibility and help if students have difficulties with the student loan scheme agency. See the link above for more information and our current hours.
