Global Competence for Academic Administration (GloCAA) certificate
The Global Competence for Academic Administration (GloCAA) certificate is available to all members of the technical, administrative, and library staff at the University of Hamburg who wish to build on their international skills. The program started in 2025 as a pilot project in the academic offices of the Faculty of Mathematics, Informatics and Natural Sciences and the Faculty of Business, Economics and Social Sciences. It will be introduced incrementally to further areas of the University.
A brief look at GloCAA
- Target group: Academic offices in the Faculty of Business, Economics and Social Sciences and the Faculty of Mathematics, Informatics and Natural Sciences (2025); in future, all members of the technical, administrative, and library staff at the University of Hamburg
- Duration: two to six semesters
