Deadlines, meetings, sick colleagues, delays, emails —many people and topics compete for our attention every day.
This finite resource needs to be used wisely so that you can work in a results-oriented way and head into your evening feeling satisfied.

The workshop provides insights from neuroscience, offers practical tips on how to make the most of the limited resource of attention, highlights both distractions and enablers of deep work, and helps you distinguish between being “busy” and being “productive” in the future.

The workshop counts as credit for the program “Fokus-Lernpfade”.
