The diversity of staff at the University of Hamburg presents leaders with a range of challenges. In this two-day module, you will learn how to make fair and equitable personnel decisions and support the development potential of all employees. In addition to theoretical input and opportunities for self-reflection, internal advisory services will be introduced, and solutions for current leadership challenges will be developed.

The module is designed for leaders who hold disciplinary responsibility.
