At the Equal Opportunity Representatives’ Conference , all equal opportunity representatives of the University of Hamburg usually meet twice a semester at the invitation of the equal opportunity commissioner of the University of Hamburg.
The University’s Equal Opportunity Committee is a committee of the Academic Senate. It includes the representatives of various status groups: 4 professors and one member each of academic staff; technical, library and administrative staff; and the student body. The committee decides upon the allocation of resources from the Equal Opportunity and Women’s Advancement Funds once annually.
