The Hub of Academic Career & Research Culture (HARC) is the main University platform for the holistic promotion of professional development and research culture. It covers topics such as HR organization, diversity and equal opportunity, and research funding for and assessments of sustainable academic development.

ACADEMIC CAREER TOOLKIT: designed for female scientists
This qualification program for postdocs in English strengthens leadership skills and supports female scientists manage their careers. It is a joint program of the MIN Faculty, the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE), and the clusters of excellence Quantum Universe and CUI: Advanced Imaging of Matter.
