Feedback is an effective tool for successful communication in teams, providing clarity and shaping change processes. In this workshop, you will learn how to give constructive feedback and develop important skills for respectfully addressing sensitive topics.

The workshop counts as credit for the programs “Learn to Lead”, “Certificate Research Management" and "Fokus Lernpfad - Kommunikation gestalten &  "Effektiv arbeiten"".
