The workshop is in German.

In three practice rounds, participants apply the principles of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) to strengthen their communication skills. The focus is on expressing their own needs and concerns clearly while at the same time responding to others with empathy and adapting their communication to the other person's perspective.

Participation in the practice sessions requires either prior attendance at the introductory seminar or equivalent prior experience.
