Fast-Track Program

The Fast-Track Program at Universität Hamburg—University of Excellence has made it possible for the psychology student Paul Gallenkemper to start with his doctoral research immediately following his bachelor’s. The program is open to outstanding students in many faculties. Currently, there is new application round.

The Fast-Track Program at Universität Hamburg—University of Excellence provides outstanding students with an opportunity to do a doctorate directly after completing their bachelor’s program. Maya Herrscher, from the Department of Informatics, is one of the students being funded through the program.

Universität Hamburg’s Fast-Track Program gives outstanding students an opportunity to pursue a doctorate immediately after completing their bachelor’s degree. One project focuses on eliminating plastic waste.

Bachelor’s, master’s, doctorate—the Fast-Track Program shortens the traditional path. Alissa Miriam Drees from the Department of Chemistry received funding as one of the first 4 participants.
