Eileen Schwanold, Diversity Officer in the Clusters of Excellence Quantum Universe and CUI: Advanced Imaging of Matter, is our guest in the eighth episode of the Gleichheitszeichen podcast from the Equal Opportunity Unit.

In the podcast, Eileen Schwanold presents the ideas and background as well as the work of the LGBTQI* Science and beλond network. The network is primarily an exchange platform for LGBTQI* employees and supporters to network and get to know each other. These events also increase the visibility of the topic in the university context at the staff level and raise awareness of its relevance and necessity.
