Guests for the seventh episode of the Gleichheitszeichen podcast from the Equal Opportunity Unit are Dr. Johanna Seibert, Equal Opportunities Officer at the Faculty of Humanities, and Dr. Lima Sayed, employee at the Career Center.

In the podcast, we talk about institutional and structural racism at universities and the importance of antiracist work as a central field of action in the context of diversity. Dr. Johanna Seibert and Dr. Lima Sayed present the Collective Responsibility project, which aims to encourage members of the University of Hamburg to reflect critically on racism and develop specific measures to combat racist discrimination.
