Workshop: Emotional Awareness and Resilience

The term resilience describes the ability to adapt to new situations, even when things get difficult. People with a high level of resilience can deal well with such situations and emerge stronger. They can control their emotions, adapt to setbacks and maintain a positive attitude even under pressure. In resilience training, you will learn various methods and techniques to strengthen your resilience.
Learning objectives:
We clarify what resilience is and which factors and skills can help you to overcome challenging situations.
We identify typical and personal stress factors, learn and reflect on methods to reduce stress and promote calmness.
