Fudan University
Fudan University (FU) is a state university in the Chinese metropolis of Shanghai with a total of 30,000 students and 2,500 academic staff. Established in 1905, it is one of the three most prestigious universities in China.
Universität Hamburg first began cooperating with Fudan University in the 1980s. It has been a strategic partner since 2012 and cooperates with all faculties. There have been student and research exchanges between the universities since 2012.
The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) has funded the MQ-FU-HAM trilateral network with Macquarie University in Sydney and Fudan University in Shanghai since 2013. To date, the network has completed a total of twelve sub-projects together.
