COMMON VISION

A key factor in the success of any collaborative research centre, research training group, or research unit is a clear, shared idea. Early in the application process, we help your team develop a shared vision.
In open, target-driven retreats or workshops, we develop a common understanding of the research questions, goals, and thematic framework. We consolidate expertise accordingly, clearly define individual subprojects and how they relate to one another, and strengthen team cohesion.
READY FOR THE on-site visit

The on-site review conducted by the DFG is a pivotal step in the review process. To present the main points of the collaborative research project convincingly, the research subject and visit itself should be organized impeccably.
We coordinate several trial runs for the collaborative research team: we give feedback on talks and poster presentations; simulate the DFG commission; and coach the team on fielding questions from the reviewers.
Customized offers

Every research project is unique and brings its own challenges. We work with you to design a tailored offer—for example, a retreat or workshop. We moderate the event so that you can concentrate fully on the subject. Your team will work systematically toward a solution for your application and will reach its goals efficiently and without too much ado.
We provide individual advice on your DFG proposal. Send us an email!
