Professorship for Scientific and Innovation Research
By establishing the Professor of Science Studies and Innovation Research, the University seeks to promote understanding of innovation processes at the junction of society and science. In November 2020, Prof. Dr. Sabine Maasen was appointed to the professorship. Maasen takes a sociologist’s approach to the relationship between science and society.
