Our guest for the fourth episode of the Gleichheitszeichen podcast by the Equal Opportunity Unit is Dr. Maria Riedner, equal opportunity representative for the MIN Faculty and scientist in the Department of Chemistry.
In the podcast, we talk about the gender ratio in the natural sciences, why it is still unequal despite equal qualifications (especially with increasing academic degrees), how students can be sensitized to this issue and how the project can gradually reduce gender inequality in the MIN subjects.
