The individual mentoring program offers female* students and graduates (graduation phase up to one year after graduation) the opportunity to prepare for a successful career start with the help of a selected mentor.

• Professional selection process with feedback for invited applicants
• Individual placement of a personally and professionally suitable mentor
• Continuous support and program offers by the project office
• Events and development of a cross-faculty, supporting network, e.g. through the design of a joint mentee project
