The individual mentoring program offers female* students and graduates (graduation phase up to one year after graduation) the opportunity to prepare for a successful career start with the help of a selected mentor.
The diversity-oriented mentoring program offers
- Professional selection process with feedback for invited applicants
- Individual placement of a personally and professionally suitable mentor
- Continuous support and program offers by the project office
- Events and development of a cross-faculty, supporting network, e.g. through the design of a joint mentee project

Even more female students and graduates from all faculties can now benefit from our successful mentoring program:
Starting April 25 until mid-July, the project office will be accepting requests for the placement of a mentor. Depending on demand and availability, mentees will receive a time- and content-tailored offer during the summer semester.
