Mentoring&programm
The individual mentoring program offers female* students and graduates (graduation phase up to one year after graduation) the opportunity to prepare for a successful career start with the help of a selected mentor.
The diversity-oriented mentoring program offers
- Professional selection process with feedback for invited applicants
- Individual placement of a personally and professionally suitable mentor
- Continuous support and program offers by the project office
- Events and development of a cross-faculty, supporting network, e.g. through the design of a joint mentee project

Our Mentoring Programme:
Students and alumnae from all faculties will soon once again be able to benefit from our successful mentoring programme::
From 29 June 2026 to 30 July 2026, the questionnaire will be available for completion. During this period, the project office will again accept requests for mentor matching. Depending on individual needs and available capacity, mentees will receive a programme tailored to their schedule and specific interests.
