Hello First-Semester Students

Welcome to the Winter semester 2023/24 at Universität Hamburg!

We invite all first-semester students to Von-Melle-Park campus on 11 and 12 October, from 10 am to 5 pm. There will be a lot of information for first-year students—about the University, central institutions, and other offers and services related to your studies at the “Hello Erstis” event! Make sure you arrive on time to pick up a little welcome gift and enjoy the fringe program.

Tote for first-semester students

At the Hello First-Semester Students event, the traditional welcome gift to first-semester students will be given out, which in the interests of sustainability, students can fill themselves. That means, students only select the things that they actually need. There are a range of informational flyers and a range of give-aways for you to choose from. Tote bags are available while stocks last.

Networking is important!

Use the networking offers withing your degree program during the orientation unit. Do not miss our additional welcome activities and events, which you can find on our UHH Join app.
