Funding can generally be spent on the employment of student employees and assistants. As a rule, it is not possible to increase existing positions in the academic staff. Likewise, approved funds can in general not be taken to other universities (e.g. if the employment relationship changes).
A final report is expected at the end of the project.
Deadline for reporting: within three months after conclusion of the project/end of the funding period
A template for this report will be provided.
Proposals will be assessed based on their potential to enhance collaboration and connectivity in research, teaching, and student activities, implementation and expected impact. Consideration will also be given to how the project strengthens the partnership between UG and UHH.
1) Relevance of collaboration: quality of proposal/academic excellence, innovation potential and appropriateness of methodology. Does the proposal enhance collaboration and connectivity across research, teaching or student activities in a relevant area? Is there a true collaboration proposed or is it superficial?
2) Implementation and feasibility: can the proposed work be done within the funding and time available?
3) Impact/Output/Dissemination: are the proposed outputs clearly defined, such as publications, future grants, or dissemination activities? How do these outputs contribute to strengthening the UHH-UG partnership?
