What advice would you give to your former self?

"Talk a lot with target customers, work iteratively, and reflect regularly. In the beginning, I was very afraid of making mistakes – but within the team we were able to handle it well. Knowing my co-founder for a long time was an advantage, but I also know: friendship alone is not always a guarantee for good founding dynamics."
