FIT—Information Service for Research, International Affairs, and Knowledge Transfer
What is FIT?
FIT, an academic information service, provides current information on funding for research, young scholars and international scientific activities as well as on the practical application of scientific findings. Project funding, scholarships, academic awards, current job offers, targeted searches - you will find all of this and more in a single newsletter.
All employees of Universität Hamburg can subscribe to the FIT newsletter for free.
As a subscriber, you can decide which information you would like to receive (e.g. job offers from the German Research Foundation, the EU, the Federal Ministeries, or funding for young scholars, etc.) You can also select specific academic fields. And finally, you can decide which day of the week you would like to receive the latest news by e-mail.
How does FIT work?
You can register on the first page of https://fit.uni-kassel.de. We will verify your registration by e-mail and send a user-name and password. Use these to log in and confirm the e-mail address. If you want to change your information, just log in and click on "Einstellungen" (settings).
Please note: If you do not receive a response verifying registration, you are not registered!
To receive the newsletter, you need an e-mail address in the domain "uni-hamburg.de". If you do not have one, please contact the Regional Computing Center (RRZ).
