Zoom Consultation Hours at the Student Support Campus-Center

Can’t come in person but still want a face-to-face consultation? Then join our Zoom consultation hours!

Please note that until the start of classes, priority will be given to issues related to enrollment and the start of your studies.

What we offer during the Zoom consultation hours:

• We’ll go over the enrollment form with you and answer questions about specific sections or details. Please be logged in before the appointment begins.
• We’ll assist you with enrolling in a doctoral program.
• We’ll help you enroll in an exchange program (Erasmus Free Mover) or as a visiting student.
• We provide students with orientation at the university and assist them in finding the appropriate contacts.

Was wir innerhalb der Zoom-Sprechstunde nicht anbieten können:

• We cannot walk you through every step of the enrollment process.
• We do not provide advice on choosing a major (or minor), please contact Center for Academic Advising.

An appointment is required. You will receive the link after booking your appointment. You will be directed to a waiting room. We do our best to avoid wait times altogether, but we ask for your patience if the appointment before yours takes longer than planned. Please use the same name when booking your appointment and when logging into Zoom so that we can identify you correctly.
