Making an appointment
For data security and data protection reasons, we use a secure mail portal. Use a username and password to make your appointment. When you make your appointment, provide a valid email address that you check regularly. We will inform you of any new messages via email. If necessary, also check filtered emails. All communication takes place via the mail portal. We will send you confirmation of receipt and an approximate waiting time. We try to offer a first meeting as quickly as possible. We ask for your understanding that there may be a waiting period due to demand.
You can obtain more Information on psychological counselling and the registration procedure at the open consultation hours of the psychological counselling service. In case of urgent concerns, an initial orientation can take place here.
Due to extraordinarily high demand, there are currently waiting times of at least three month before regular counseling.
In emergencies, a single crisis appointment is possible at short notice.
If you are in an acute mental health crisis, please contact the crisis contact points in your districts (e.g., the social psychiatric services) or the psychiatric emergency rooms of the sector hospital responsible for your district.
