Information about the "Deutschlandticket" for students

With the start of the new "Deutschlandticket" on May 1, 2023, the semester ticket for the summer semester 2023 will remain valid. However, students have the option of upgrading their semester ticket to a Deutschlandticket every month online through the HVV.

The upgrade, which is expected to be available from the end of April, costs 18.20 Euros per month. We will inform you here as soon as the upgrade is available.

All information available so far on the upgrade can be found on the websites of the General Students' Committee (AStA) of Universität Hamburg - the contractual partner of the HVV.
