You would like to apply for the 200-euro one-time payment at the federal government and need the personal access code of your educational institution? This is how you get the access code at the Universität Hamburg:
At the Universität Hamburg you will receive the access data as follows: You will find the access key in your STiNE account under "Documents".
Do you also need a PIN?
If you also need a PIN because the identification method via a digital ID (online ID or ELSTER) is not available for you, please write to us at www.uni-hamburg.de/studium stating your current address and your matriculation number and attach a copy of an ID document. If you prefer, you can redact not needed information (date of issuance, the photo, etc.) in this copy of the ID document, as long as your name and date of birth are still visible.
For reasons of data security, the PIN will not be provided by the same delivery method, but will be sent by mail upon request.
As an alternative to sending your PIN by postal mail, it can also be handed over to you in person at the Campus Center of Universität Hamburg after showing an ID document. Please check the opening hours of the Campus-Center.
