ReAction improves the quality of academic relationships and strengthens the sense of belonging to the university. The aim is to foster a university culture that encourages engagement, trust and collective change. To this end, measures are being developed, tested and embedded in four focus areas: academic mentoring, peer tutoring, collaborative teaching design and experimental curriculum development. In parallel, measures are being implemented in the areas of AI monitoring, academic support, as well as legal and organisational counselling.
