Call for applications: 2026 Agathe Lasch Coaching + Diversity Program

The Agathe Lasch Coaching + Diversity Program to support women and foster diversity is now entering the next round.

The cross-faculty coaching program offers a good opportunity to reflect upon everyday working life and your professional development with an individual coach.

Target groups and goals:

• to support female junior professors, women pursuing a Habilitation, and female postdocs

Since 2017 we have introduced some new offers for junior professors, academics working on their Habilitation, and postdoctoral researchers of any gender who

• have a chronic physical or psychological impairment or illness, or a disability;
• have family commitments involving childcare or the nursing of relatives and for whom reconciling academic, professional, and family life is a priority;
• come to Universität Hamburg from abroad and would like to reflect upon their experiences in German academia.
