Inhalt
Mass spectrometric analyses
The following analyses are routinely carried out:
- Synthesis controls with ESI, EI and MALDI mass spectrometers
- LC-MS measurements
- GC-MS measurements
- Protein identification e.g. from SDS gelbands
- Quantitative Proteomics
Further analyses can be performed as cooperation projects:
- MS based quantification via LC-MS/MS
- MS based quantification via GC-MS
Which classes of molecules can be analyzed?
The platform offers analytics for many classes of molecules, e.g.:
- small organic molecules (e.g. synthesis controls)
- Inorganic complexes
- Polymers
- Peptides
- Proteins (e.g. mass determination, identification)
- Metabolites
You are unsure whether your analyt of interest can be analyzed? Contact us!
Which analyses are offered via the platform?
A broad range of mass spectrometric method is available:
- Direct injection measurements
- LC-MS(/MS)
- GC-MS
- Mass spectrometric quantification
- Protein identification
- Qualitative and quantitative Proteomics
- Ionisation methods: EI, ESI and MALDI; APCI on request
What are the requirements to my sample?
Sample preparation is depending on the exact scientific question, the sample as well as the analytical method. Please contact us early in the process of planning your experiments so that we can advise you.
