The core areas of higher education are being transformed. This also raises new legal questions. The online event will examine current developments surrounding text and data mining, the use of AI in examinations, and data protection requirements.
The focus of the event will be on the GEMA vs. OpenAI debate, the transition from AI recommendations to legally binding regulations at universities, an update on case law regarding the use of AI in examinations, and AI and data protection law.
The event is aimed at interested legal departments, examination offices, digital teaching service centers, and instructors who already have initial experience with AI and want to actively and legally shape its use at universities.
