perspectives. It blends theoretical foundations with practical insights to foster a
dynamic, learner-centered teaching environment.
The workshop emphasizes open dialogue, encouraging participants to share their
diverse teaching and learning experiences, address challenges, and explore solutions
specific to their roles within the German higher education system. Additionally, it
supports participants in defining their unique teaching profiles, equipping them to
create and manage engaging, inclusive classrooms of any size. By the end of the

effective teaching in their respective contexts.

• Align teaching methods, tools, and formats with specific learning objectives
and contextual conditions.
• Select and employ strategies and techniques to facilitate learner engagement
and support diverse learning activities.
This workshop offers a valuable opportunity for international academics to reflect on
their teaching practices, exchange ideas with peers, and build the skills necessary for
success in a multicultural academic environment.
