This online training course provides an overview of the legal framework governing social communication platforms. Key topics include copyright and data protection law, personality rights, naming and trademark law, and the legal aspects of influencer marketing.
The aim is to provide guidance on creating and designing social media presences in a legally compliant manner.
No prior knowledge of social media law is required; the course is designed primarily for beginners.
Participants are invited to prepare their own questions or case studies in advance and present them during the session.
