Claudia Mendes from the Transferagentur's Co-Creation & Engagement Centre and Douglas Ribeiro hosted a workshop on 5 December 2024 on the topic of ‘Developing guidelines for participatory research in the context of the Third Mission?’. In addition, the video loop ‘The JUPITER CAMPUS – Encounter, Exchange and Productive Irritations’ was presented to a wide audience during the poster sessions on 6 December 2024.
Since 2022, the PartWiss conference series has been a practice-oriented and interactive forum for promoting competence in the field of participation in science, as co-creation and participatory methods and formats are becoming increasingly important. They are always based on a wide variety of participants, traditions, and experiences in a multitude of research fields, such as participatory social and health research, citizen science, co-creative, transdisciplinary and transformative research approaches, and participatory technology assessment. The PartWiss conferences promote scientific exchange on the challenges and opportunities of participatory and transdisciplinary research and strengthen networking among stakeholders.
