DESCRIPTION:Diese Veranstaltung findet auf Englisch statt. \n
This is an inclusive workshop for cis and trans women, and non-binary people who identify with feminine experiences.\n
Conflicts are an inevitable part of our professional and private lives, even if we often try to deny their existence trying to keep up harmony. If that doesn’t work we often start out with blaming the others, projecting our frustration on our surroundings. Both methods rather leading to poor teamwork and a toxic working environment. Even the word conflict has got quite a negative touch to most people. We live in a culture where it still seems more normal to say, that everything is fine.Though effectively handled conflicts and can be a highway to development and show us new ways of co-operation and unexpected solutions.\n
In the workshop we will look into the differences between female and male conflict behavior, and reflect on helpful strategies to solve future conflicts. Our focus will be to increase our scope of actions and to enhance the positive aspects of conflicts: because we can’t avoid them, we might as well find new and constructive ways to manage them!\n
