Maarten Hajer is Distinguished Professor of Urban Futures and Futuring and Director of the Urban Futures Studio at Utrecht University. He pioneered constructivist policy analysis and is a leading scholar in environmental politics. Hajer is also widely recognized as a curator and government advisor, and served as a member of UNEP’s International Resource Panel.\n
