In this online seminar in English, we will first examine, from an interdisciplinary perspective, what diversity is and how this relates to cultural belonging. With this in mind, we will discuss ideal attitudes, knowledge and behaviours when dealing with difference. Finally, we will look at promising communicative strategies when interacting with those who think and act differently to us. How can we bridge the cultural gap and give each situation the best chance of leading to fruitful collaboration?
