This course will help you recognize and improve your ability to make your perspective heard. We will work together to sharpen our negotiation skills, by learning to assess positions and leverage influence without damaging long-term communication.

The course can be credited to "Learn to Lead - Mindset Leadership" for the competency area "Happy Together - Promoting Successful Collaboration through Communication, Diversity and Conflict Management".
