LEAF (Laboratory Efficiency Assessment Framework) was created at University College London and is available to all publicly funded organisations across the world, and it's currently used in 16 countries by 140 organisations. We will explore how LEAF works and how LEAF criteria can be used to make sustainable changes in a range of laboratories without signing up to the framework, including actions that technical staff, researchers and students can take to make how they conduct research and run labs more sustainable.\n
