Roll on – Vietnamese spring rolls
Have you ever tried spring rolls? And maybe some of you have even tried to make it for your own. However, maybe you also asked yourself why its flavor does not really taste like you have eaten at a Vietnamese friend’s home once. If you are curious, you can visit my kitchen in our online course to learn more about it. There are various recipes for this famous roll for all people, vegetarian, chicken eater, or pork eater. If you want to make it with me, please prepare some ingredients. For 20 spring rolls, you need 20 rice papers, 30g wood-ear fungi, 30g shiitake, 100g glass noodle, 1 kohlrabi, 3 carrots, 100g mung bean (if possible), 2 eggs, 200g minced pork (for pork eater), 200g minced chicken (for chicken eater), 200g tofu (for vegetarian).
