Diversity audit

On 6 July 2016, University of Hamburg received confirmation that it was selected to participate in the “Vielfalt gestalten” diversity audit organized by the Stifterverband.

“Vielfalt gestalten” supports and advises higher education institutions as they design programs and events, instruments, and measures for diverse student groups, integrate these groups into daily university life, and help students achieve academic success. The audit combines elements of organizational development with collegial advice and external support. Moderated reflections and discussions with all parties involved and potential target groups (university administrators, students, and staff) support and promote the process within the higher education institution (Stifterverband der Deutschen Wissenschaft).
