What motivated you to take up a tenure-track professorship at Universität Hamburg?
The tenure-track professorship enables me to continue and strategically implement the potential of my research and teaching with the support of the University. Tenure-track professorships are a university measure that aims to drive support for doctoral and early career researchers. This position enables me to shape my academic profile at a strong research-oriented institution and to think in terms of permanency. I can establish my own research areas early on and anchor them institutionally.
What is special about the work at Universität Hamburg?
In my work at Universität Hamburg, I find it particularly stimulating that I have the ongoing opportunity to get involved in interdisciplinary projects and to collaborate with colleagues from other subjects in research and teaching.
