Current survey: Anti-Racism Advice with a Focus on Students at the University of Hamburg
Racism is a problem that affects all of us individually at the University and within the University environment. To gain a better understanding of student experienceswe are conducting an anonymized survey, Anti-Racism Advice with a Focus on Students at the University of Hamburg, accessible at:
https://umfragen.uni-hamburg.de/index.php/962749?lang=en
This is the first survey examining student experiences of racism at the University of Hamburg, aiming to establish whether students are aware of our advisory services and whether they meet student needs. The results of the survey will be used to improve student counseling services. Participation in the survey is entirely anonymous; answering all question will take 7–12 minutes only.
In addition to this survey, we previously conducted a similar survey for advisory staff to find out to what extent staff or students have sought and received racism-related advice at the University. The findings are being assessed and will be published soon.
We plan to combine the results from both surveys to gain a complete picture of the current situation and develop targeted measures.
We look forward to your feedback and suggestions. Your voice counts!
