Mentoring to start a career

The application period for the mentoring program for female students and graduates of Universität Hamburg started already in July!

Are you about to graduate or did you graduate no more than a year ago? Would you like to learn more about your opportunities and a successful career start? You get the chance of regular support from a female mentor and from our project office. You can benefit from the expertise and experience of successful female executives, too!

Female students about to graduate (from the 5th semester of a Bachelor's degree or from the 3rd semester of a Master's degree) and female graduates who have completed their studies for a maximum of one year (and are in the transition between studies and career) can apply for the mentoringprogram.

We address persons with gender classification female (cis and trans). The mentoring is oriented towards the diversity policy of the Universität Hamburg. We are therefore pleased to receive applications from female students and graduates from a wide range of fields of study, backgrounds and origins, which make the diversity of life histories at the UHH visible. However, good knowledge of German is required.

The application period for the 3rd class (11/2021-12/2022) started already on 07/16/2021 and applications will be accepted until 09/12/2021 at the latest.
