Ressourcencafé
The Ressourcencafé will continue in Summer Semester 2021. The café has been supporting and will continue to support students throughout the coronavirus pandemic and is also an exchange platform for students and doctoral researchers on topics such as self-care, mental health, and stress management.
We are again meeting every Wednesday from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm via Zoom. Following roughly 15–20 minutes of input on a specific topic, you will have the opportunity to talk in small groups.
We will be looking at stress and stress management, problem-solving, motivation, mindfulness, SMART study goals, relaxation techniques, staying in touch during the coronavirus pandemic, dealing with writer’s block, developing examination skills, and much more.
We kick off on 5 May 2021, focusing on stress and stress management.
