Strengthening resilience
Why do some people recover so quickly from a tragedy or harsh blow? Why are some people just not that worried about the future? Why do they somehow cope better with unforeseen situations than I do?
This workshop explores the concept of resilience by actively stepping out of our comfort zones and learning how to deal with the unpredictable. Because resilience can be trained.
We choose to challenge ourselves, face overload with curiosity, change our perspective and find the side roads of the motorways of our brain that let us interpret a situation in the same way time and time again. By saying „yes!“ to everything that may come, we build a path within the uncertainties, decision by decision.
This workshop is held in English and is interactive. Please wear comfortable clothes.
