Data can only be shared if you have informed consent from your subjects.

If you want to join and use the Potluck corpus, send an e-mail with the following information and any questions you might have to both organizers:

Name
Affiliation
Email address
Official address
Web page (optional)
A brief description of the data (see Format for details)
Number of transcriptions/recordings that you would like to contribute
The transcription conventions used
The software necessary to view the transcriptions (if possible, with a download link)
The software necessary to view/hear the recordings (if necessary with a download link)

In a second step, we will ask you to send us the data, including a separate file with the transcription conventions used. We’ll then add your data to the corpus and, in turn, you’ll receive a password that provides one month free access to the corpus. If you need to access the corpus after the password has expired, you’ll need to contact us to have it renewed.
