The Office of Academic Affairs for Earth Sciences is the central contact point for questions and queries of students and lecturers within the department. Duties are the coordination of degree programmes, student counseling and exam management, as well as the administration related to doctoral degrees.

Regular office hours for exam management during lecture periods:
mondays, wednesdays, thursdays: 9:00 - 11:00 h
tuesdays: 9:00 - 11:00 h and 13:00 - 15:00 h
Regular office hours outside lecture periods (for exam management):
tue - thu: 10:00 - 12:00 h
