Our Research at the Institute emphasises on the relationship between Area Arrangement and Traffic. Actual research is done in:

• competition between international airports
• line conferences
• transportational cost dependence of industrial branches
• liberalisation of traffic markets
• price competition of harbour cities etc.
• citylogistics

Main target of our researches is to construct founded Databases and to judge the results in a general economical view, so that alternatives can be shown to the acting persons. To archive this we try to maintain close contact to politics and economics to combine theory and practice.
