Creating New Thing and Action Space for Sustainable Regional Development” to adapt the subproject “Nature-Culture-Spaces” by order of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (social-ecological research) at Lueneburg University.

October 2002 – March 2003 Scientific employee with the project “Gender Mainstreaming – Relevance and challenge for environment and nature associations” in order of Deutscher Naturschutzring at Lueneburg University.

October 2002 – December 2002 Expertise ”Forestry and Gender – International perspectives” in the framework of the research project “Feminist disputes with relevant actors for forestry usage and protection, their relationship with forestry nature and with the connected consequences for their professional labor organisation and structure” at Lueneburg University.

June 2002 – December 2003 Organisation and realization of the mentoring programm ”Actions to realize equal opportunities for women in research and teaching” in order of the Lower Saxony Ministry of Science and Culture at the Faculty of Environmental Science at Lueneburg University.
