    The online seminar "Virtual Skills: From e-learner to e-tutor" (eLeT) is an interdisciplinary course for interested students at the University of Hamburg. The course will prepare students to work in virtual space and networks and will provide insight into modern forms of teaching and studying, which are important beyond the borders of school and university. Media saavy, knowledge management and communication skills are in high demand in the labor market. The course will encourage students to develop and implement their own e-learning scenarios. You can use STiNE to register for the course in the period before the start of the respective semester and you can acquire three credit points in your elective area.

    "Train the E-Trainer" is a course offered by the Office for Academic Continuing Education at the University of Hamburg and targets teaching staff and (on-line) trainers who want to create or supervise eLearning courses or who want to include these significantly in their attended classes. The three-month course focuses on information and "doing it by yourself": parallel to specific topics, you work in virtual teams to develop a small, manageable on-line teaching unit.

    The TBDL program provides qualifications and is offered by the Virtual Campus Rheinland Pfalz (VCRP). It was developed especially for university instructors with the goal of professionalizing university teaching in regard to eLearning. The course is offered exclusively on-line and addresses various aspects of eLearning at Universities in diverse six-week, set modules. The modules can be individually combined and separately attended so that you can create your own continuing education program as well as decide which aspects of eLearning best suit you.
